APA022 Fat Dogg's Coal Mountain APA 102 & 103 (Extract)

The goal was to produce a smooth, medium-bodied malt flavor with a neutral but stronge hop backbone. The desire in terms of hop flavor was to infuse bitterness with citrus in the nose without masking the malt character. Goal achieved!
