EXCEL Handmade Product Pricing Sheet - Excel Workbook Template
Calculate what to charge for your handmade products!
I'm sharing my personal Product Pricing Sheet to help you more easily try to price your items fairly to both your time and your customers. This file is for EXCEL which requires a Microsoft account/subscription.
If you do not have Excel I also offer a Google Sheets template in a separate listing.
This is by no means a foolproof method, but what I have found to work very well for me to at least figure out the ballpark amount I want to charge and feel like it is "worth" it.
Template Features:
- How to use this workbook sheet
- A GIF (A moving photo) is provided showing some of the functionality of this workbook. Each sheet will also include some basic instructions as well.
- Calculations sheet
- Use this to select the materials, fabric, hardware you use, how much of each you use for a project and set your hourly wage. The pricing suggestions will be calculated automatically based on these entries and give you a great idea of what you should charge.
- Materials sheet
- Fill this sheet out with all materials you buy for your projects. Fill this out with either an average price, or what you paid for an entire order, and how many of each item or yards you ordered for that price and it will automatically calculate the price per item/yard.
- Final Pricing sheet
- Fully manual reference sheet for you to remember what pricing is calculated to reference back to later.
