If you’re here, something needs to slow down. Maybe you know exactly what it is. Maybe you just know that the speed you’ve been moving at isn’t sustainable. Either way, you don’t need to explain it or fix it right now. Press play. Let 90.00 Hz do what 90.00 Hz does. Everything else can wait.

The frequency of the flow state, the breakthrough, the arrival.

The Solar Plexus Chakra and Crown Chakra opens under the Full Moon and Waxing Gibbous. The element of Fire and Ether holds you. This is the music for during peak hours, 10am-2pm.

The companions of 90.00 Hz: Red Jasper for grounding · Nutmeg for opening · Volcanic rumble as the world behind the world · Copper · Rough stone.

72-minute of human-composed gamma entrainment at 90.00 Hz · five interwoven layers: binaural · monaural · isochronic · heartbeat · breath. Heartbeat at 60 BPM. Breath synchronised. Through-composed, never looping.

Pythagorean numerology arrives at 72 as the product of 8 and 9 - the two numbers of completion and highest attainment. A session that lasts 72 minutes is not a compromise between too short and too long. It is, in that tradition, exactly the right amount.

The natural minor is the 6th mode. In Pythagorean numerology, 6 is the number of harmony and balance. The minor mode at position 6 represents the harmony of things held in tension without forcing resolution.
