What is the plan?
This is a three-month bootcamp, held through weekly calls.
The first week is all about figuring out where you are, and how you got there, following the Manifesting Empathy framework.
The second week is about transitioning to where you want to go, and why.
We spend the third week figuring out!
By the fourth week we've identified the largest barriers, and are determining how to surmount them.
In the fifth week we're able to reflect on our progress, so that in the sixth week we can reflect on our reflections and discern the best path forward.

About Me
I was adopted from Colombia, and raised in the affluent community of Orono, MN.
My existence is at the intersection of white, Latinx and indigenous communities, and in 2017, I found my biological family.
My work comes from a place built through struggle, that is now home to peace, love and hope; built brick-by-brick by me.
My service comes from over 40 years of experience, navigating a world that demanded my assimilation.
I survived, with my heart intact, and I want to help you do the same.
