I am originally from Rome, I was brought up in this historical busy city, however I also spent much time in the rural and extinct Volcanic region near Rome, walking, foraging and being in contact with nature.

Since young I felt a strong desire to learn natural way of healing and it became more important when I started having back pain due to my scoliosis. In my teens I was given a brace to prevent my scoliosis worsening, which did help. Later in life, I started experiencing real problems with my back and tried to find a way to manage the condition. This was the reason for training in Yoga, which I have found it was of great help. One thing lead to another, and my curiosity in natural healing, health and medicine is still ongoing.

It has helped me and my family getting through mild and chronic illnesses as well as offering my experience and knowledge to friends and clients.
