Starter is the Notion-only client and deliverables tracker at the entry tier of Retainer OS, a duplicable Notion + Airtable client-ops system that runs a freelance SEO/marketing consultant's actual retainer workflow — intake, deliverables, keyword/rank log, monthly report — end to end. This tier covers the client and deliverables half of that workflow as a single-user Notion system, and it ships with a written build guide. It is built for solo freelance SEO and digital-marketing consultants and 1–3 person micro-agencies running 3–15 retainer clients off spreadsheets or the free tier of a generic CRM. It is sold once rather than rented as a monthly CRM seat, and it is a real operating workflow rather than a blank database. The system is designed to be duplicated into the buyer's own free Notion workspace without technical setup.

WHAT A BUYER RECEIVES

• The written build guide, in exactly these three formats: Markdown, HTML, and editable .docx.

No other format is part of this tier. The Airtable keyword/rank-tracking base and the monthly client-report template are not included in Starter; they belong to the Standard tier.

LICENCE — PERSONAL USE

Buyer may duplicate the Notion page and Airtable base into their own free account, edit and rebrand it freely, and use it to run their own client operations indefinitely. Buyer may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template file or duplicate link itself, in original or modified form.
