The most transformational work happens when we encounter someone who has lost sight of their inherent worth and capability, believing they lack what it takes to succeed or make meaningful impact. Like a skilled artisan who crafts with purpose and precision, we already possess the core strengths, wisdom, and potential needed to recalibrate and create positive change in your life and leadership. Artisans Journey coaching helps you rediscover this truth that may be buried under layers of self-doubt, past failures, and external criticism. Through patient guidance and The Strategic Arrow tool, we help you recognize that your perceived inadequacies are often the very qualities that, when properly understood and developed, become your greatest strengths.

You are enough, right now, to begin the journey toward your fullest potential; Discovering who you truly are, and who you have been made to become. We will meet 1st and 3rd Friday mornings, 7-8 AM Central, October 3 through March 20 for 12 "Trailheads"; Strategic conversations over Zoom that move you from identifying your core burden to celebrating actualizing your dreams into your daily life. The investment is $50/month or $300 total (couples pay one fee).

Real breakthrough comes not when you acquire something new, but when you finally believe what was always true: you are equipped to craft a life and calling that creates meaningful Kingdom impact where you live, work, and play.

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Please contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.

May I schedule a personal coaching call for one-on-one help?

Yes, we do take private coaching calls, but we highly encourage you to consider being a part of a Live Coaching Group for the "Scene-ius" that happens in a group of caring and invested friends, who can discover more together, versus alone.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! We offer Live Coaching and Personal Sessions all year round. We offer each of our Live Coaching Groups in the fall and spring of every year, and we also have a more informal schedule online conversations with CREO Collective that you are welcome to!

You will be able to clarify the needs you feel most deeply about, and your unique contribution within a cohesive plan to meet and satisfy those needs.

We will ensure everyone in your team understands and works toward the same goals, to experience growth, needed transition, or refocus for new direction.

Cost per participcant is only $50 per month for our 6 month duration (Sep 25- Mar 26), meeting over Zoom every 1st and 3rd Friday morning 7am CT.

You will be challened to dive deep into these 12 'Trailheads' of our journey, encouraging one another over our video calls, engaing in these core conversations using The Strategic Arrow;

Due to higher demand for personal coaching, we need to limit each group to 8 particpants, and those not selected will be placed on a waiting list for our next season of live coaching.
