Of course that's not possible, but I think I've found the next best thing!

I'm really excited to share another 'Let's play!' podcast. I have so many ideas for these - groundwork, riding and hacking, suitable for all levels of horsemanship. They are perfect for clients to have me there to remind them of things in between lessons, and a great way for those unable to have lessons to get tuition from me in real time. These sessions can be used over and over again and are designed to be listened to while you are with your horse. 

In this episode I will be guiding you through a ridden session aiding relaxation in you and your horse. It doesn't matter if it's you, your horse or both of you than need to release some tension, the exercises in this podcast will work on wherever the problem is. The podcast inclused walk, trot and canter but you can do as much or as little as you want. All the exercises can be done in walk so don't feel like you have to trot and/or canter to take part.

We will work through some visualisations, and mental and physical exercises - Partial Disengagement, Figure of 8s and transitions. You don't have to have done them before, but there are video tutorials available in the Gold Club if you need them. You can sign up here: https://payhip.com/b/6ORt

You will need:
A safe place to ride, such as an arena or paddock.
Your tacked up horse
2 cones/jump blocks/something similar, placed on the centre line at equal distances bewteen X and A/C (For the figure of 8)
