Healing the Voice of the Shepherd

The church is meant to be a place of life, healing, and spiritual growth. God loves His people and cares about how they are treated inside His house. Leadership is a responsibility before God, not only a position among people.

The voice of a shepherd should guide people closer to God. It should correct when correction is needed, but it should never wound the heart of the sheep. In Gospel of John 10:11, Jesus Christ said that the good shepherd gives his life for the sheep. This shows that true leadership carries sacrifice, humility, and love.

Some believers have experienced harsh words inside churches. Some have felt fear instead of peace. Some have felt pressure instead of freedom. This book was written to bring understanding, not division.

Correction is part of spiritual growth. But correction should come with wisdom and compassion. The Bible teaches that believers should speak truth in love in Ephesians 4:15.

God does not desire a church ruled by fear. God desires a church guided by truth, love, and humility.

The house of God is strongest when leaders carry the heart of a shepherd and when believers walk in spiritual freedom. When the voice of leadership reflects the character of Christ, the church becomes a place of healing.

The church was never meant to hurt the sheep.The church was meant to help the sheep grow closer to God.
