Piero forced treatment

Piero is very depressed, so his friend Alejandro tricks him into receiving ECT treatment. After receiving the treatment, he flatlines, and the doctor and Alejandro have to perform CPR on him.

Despite many rounds of CPR and two doses of adrenaline, his heart can’t sustain pumping for much time, and he flatlines multiple times during the resuscitation efforts until he is declared dead.
