YMKora Site Change Journal — WordPress Pilot

A small local operational journal for WordPress administrators. Pilot 0.1.0. US$9 one-time.

WHAT IT RECORDS: Selected display, reading, timezone, default-comment and theme setting changes; plugin activation/deactivation performed by administrators. Shows UTC timestamp, event type and a fixed setting label or plugin file label. Does NOT store option values, usernames, IP addresses, request contents or credentials. Tools > Site change journal provides a private CSV. Single-site only; multisite recording disabled. No outbound service, email, cookies or telemetry.

RETENTION AND LIMITS: Up to 200 events from the last 30 days are visible. Expired entries are hidden on read and physically pruned on the next recorded event; there is no scheduled purge. Uninstall removes the owned journal option, not exported files/backups. No history before activation, file edits, automatic updates, failed changes, post/user/order activity or arbitrary third-party options. Simultaneous writes may lose events. Administrators can alter the log. Not a security audit, tamper-proof record, full activity tracker, accountability system, rollback or backup. It deliberately cannot identify who changed a setting or restore old values.

LOCAL TESTING: WordPress 7.1.3, WooCommerce 11.2.0, PHP 8.5.11 and SQLite. 30 functional checks, 9 real HTTP checks, 8 package/syntax/bootstrap/official Plugin Check checks passed. Browser actual hook event display and actual CSV download verified. Not WordPress.org approval, independent security certification, concurrency testing, load testing or universal compatibility. Real-money purchase has not been tested. Back up and test on staging first.

Includes installable ZIP, original GPL source, readme, uninstall cleanup and testing/support notes. Separate expansion product, NOT included in the original five-plugin starter pack.
