The Peeper comedy newsletter #36, HOBBIES AND HAIRCUTS, features the return of Josh, the Peeper writer! After being kidnapped and tortured by the dominatrix known as the Mad Dame in the Peeper #29, Josh was left feeling a bit traumatized! Also featuring a story prior to the library tour, where Mr. Peepers takes Josh to his local Great Clips for a haircut after several issues of him not having one!
