2. Fiction books make up stories about what happened between Genesis 1 and 2.

3. Debunking books argue Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28 are not even about him.

4. Spiritual Warfare books focus on what he DOES today.

This ebook is none of those.

This book asks a different, more personal question: Who WAS he before he fell?

If God made him, how did God make him?

Chapter by chapter, as a fellow layman with just a Bible and a lexicon, I look at what Scripture actually says God gave him — beauty, wisdom, authority, position, rank — and how a masterpiece fell.

Most books warn us: "Be on guard AGAINST Satan."

This ebook's burden is different: "Be on guard against becoming LIKE Satan."

Privilege in the hands of humility produces worship.

Privilege in the hands of self produces corruption.

I did not write this to make the devil famous.

I wrote it for people like me — worship leaders, pastors, gifted young people, anyone who has been given something by God — and needs to learn how to steward that gift without pride.

No extra-biblical fables. No occult wisdom. Just Bible.

This is not a book about the devil's power. It's a book about our stewardship.
