Moirai Fingerless Mitts

Inspired by Serendipity and named after The Fates. 

Knit in the round from the wrist down, these unisex fingerless mitts feature a single diagonal rib twist column on the outer side of each mitt which is mirrored on the opposite hand. Twisted rib cuffs complete the look while the wide rib on the palm make them comfortable to wear.

They are designed using the same stitch pattern as:

Fits hand circumference: 17 (18, 19, 20.5, 21.5) cm / 6.75 (7, 7.5, 8, 8.5) in

Finished Measurements:
Hand Circumference: 14.5 (15, 16, 17, 18) cm / 5.75 (6, 6.25, 6.75, 7) in

Yarn:
135 (152, 173, 192, 223) m / 147 (166, 189, 209, 243) yds of 4ply (fingering) yarn 
Shown in Sweet Georgia Tough Love Sock yarn;
(80% merino, 20%  Nylon; 388m / 425yds per 115g skein)
Colour: Rosebud; 1 skein; Size: Small

Needles & Notions:
2.25mm (US 1) DPNs (or size required to obtain gauge)
3 stitch markers
tapestry needle 
scrap yarn or stitch holder

Gauge: 
32 sts and 40 rnds = 10 cm / 4 in worked in Stocking stitch
