Biscuit is a classic slouchy hat knitted seamlessly in the round from bottom up. A beautiful stitch pattern features twisted stitches, lace and nupps makes it original and very feminine.

SIZES
Small { Large }
Small: finished brim circumference, unstretched: 43.5 cm / 17.5” to fit 52.5-55 cm / 21-22” head circumference.
Large: finished brim circumference, unstretched: 47.5 cm / 19” to fit 55-57.5 cm / 22-23” head circumference.
Length (from CO to top): 24 cm / 9.5”.

YARN
For a hat you’ll need about 150 { 160 } m of any worsted weight yarn.
Sample hat was made in size Large with Malabrigo Yarn Rios (100% Wool-Merino; 192m / 210y per 100g).
Shown in “122 Niebla” colorway.

NEEDLES
4.0 mm (US #6) circular needles for magic-loop or dpns, or size needed to get the right gauge;
3.25 mm (US #3) circular needles for magic-loop or dpns, or three sizes smaller than the gauge needles.

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS
1 stitch marker, tapestry needle for weaving ends.

GAUGE
21 sts and 30 rounds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 “ - in texture pattern with 4.0 mm (US #6) needles, after wet blocking.
24 sts and 38 rounds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 “ - in faux rib pattern with 3.25 mm (US #3) needles, after wet blocking.
Adjust needle size if necessary to get given gauge.
