By the end of our month together, you will be able to understand and reflect on your experiences with plants, resins and smoke with greater awareness.

You will have deepened your own incense practice, developed an idea for your own incense blend, and gained practical insights to help you continue your path independently.

You will not simply learn more about incense. You will learn to pay closer attention to what you encounter in your own work with sacred smoke.

I have been working with incense since 1994, exploring plants, resins and their distinctive properties.

Throughout this month, I will bring my experience and knowledge into our personal work together.

Who Is This Mentoring For?

This mentoring is for you if:

• You already practise incense rituals or are familiar with The Smoke Path of Memory.
• You want to deepen your understanding of the plants and resins you can work with.
• You want to learn how to develop your own incense blends.
• You are looking for a personal guide rather than a course you work through on your own.

What Is Included?

Four individual online sessions

One opening session of 90 minutes, followed by three sessions of 60 minutes each.

Personal guidance between sessions

You can send me brief questions, observations and reflections by email or message. I will respond within one to two working days.

Your personal incense blend

Approximately 15 - 20 g, handcrafted by me, accompanied by a card describing the plants, resins and woods used.

A personal closing reflection

My observations on your development, together with suggestions for continuing your journey.

Your Month on the Path of the Sacred Smoke

Week 1 · The First Gate

We begin with you: your experience so far, your questions and what has brought you here. Together, we establish the personal focus for your month. You will receive an initial exercise for your own incense practice.

Week 2 · The Language of Smoke

You observe, smell, burn incense and compare your experiences. You record what you notice. During our session, we explore your observations together and look more closely at what has emerged.

Week 3 · Your Own Incense Blend

Your experience becomes your own creative practice. You develop an idea for an incense blend and receive my personal feedback. Based on our work together, I will then handcraft an individual incense blend for you.

Week 4 · The Return

We reflect on the journey: What has opened up? What have you discovered? What would you like to continue? You will receive personal guidance to support your further exploration of plants, resins and sacred smoke.

Good to Know

The mentoring takes place online.

We will arrange the starting date together after your enrolment has been confirmed.

This mentoring supports your personal incense practice. It is not a substitute for therapy or medical advice.

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance so that we can arrange an alternative appointment. For cancellations made at shorter notice — 24 hours or less — a replacement appointment cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping of your personal incense blend is included in the price within Switzerland. For international deliveries, shipping costs will be clarified before your booking is confirmed.

If you would like to continue working together after this month, we can discuss whether a further month of mentoring would be appropriate for you.

Can I cancel my booking if I am not satisfied?

By booking this mentoring, you are making a conscious commitment to four weeks of personal collaboration. This work is based on mutual engagement, openness and a willingness to actively shape your own path.

If, during our time together, something does not feel right or you are dissatisfied, I encourage you to contact me directly. We will look at your situation together and discuss an appropriate solution.

Refunds solely because you have changed your mind are generally not offered. Your applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

The applicable rules depend on your place of residence and the relevant legal requirements. If you live in an EU country, you will receive written information about the cancellation, withdrawal and refund provisions applicable to you before entering into a binding agreement.

It matters to me that you feel comfortable with your decision and with our work together. If something is missing, a question remains unanswered or you would like to explore a subject in greater depth, we will make time for it.

If, before booking, you already feel that you are not ready to commit to these four weeks, it is entirely fine to decide against the mentoring and continue on your own path.

How are the sessions arranged?

After you submit your application and I confirm your place, I will contact you personally to arrange our first online session. We will schedule the remaining sessions together over the course of our four weeks.

Can I book the mentoring more than once?

This mentoring is initially designed as a personal journey over four weeks. If you would like to continue working with me afterwards, we can discuss which form of further guidance would make sense for you.
