Over the past year I’ve visited over 100 studios on my mission to try every single Pilates class in south London and I’m finally ready to reveal the studios I put in the top 50...

In ranking these studios I took a number of factors into consideration: the location, the price of the class, the facilities at the studio, the class itself, the instructor, how welcome I felt as a client, how clear the house rules were, whether there was a good community feel from the other clients - all these elements come together to create an all round experience which I have tried to capture in this document
