MIDNIGHT: DEEP IN THE OZARKS
Dark Country • Industrial Ambient • Rural Noir • Documentary Score
Midnight: Deep in the Ozarks is a collection of slow, bleak and atmospheric documentary music built for stories that unfold far from the highway and long after dark.
Weathered acoustic guitars disappear beneath massive analog synth drones, distorted low bass, degraded cassette loops, cold electrical hum, ghostly pads, detuned synthesizers, mechanical ambience and damaged tape textures.
There are no drums, no percussion and almost no traditional rhythm. Instead, the music lives in huge empty spaces—slow, intimate and psychologically unsettling without becoming horror.
The sound combines haunted dark Americana with oppressive 1990s industrial electronics, creating an atmosphere that feels isolated, exhausted, imperfect and quietly dangerous.

The album moves between weathered acoustic guitar and increasingly synth-heavy industrial ambience, giving editors both emotional rural textures and darker electronic beds for investigations, revelations and late-night sequences.
No glossy production. No giant cinematic builds. No heroic resolution. Just darkness, distance, electricity and empty roads.
