Terms & Conditions
WORLD WEDDING WEEK 2026 — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective for registrations from 15 April 2026 onwards. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
1. EVENT DETAILS
World Wedding Week (WWW) 2026 is a 7-day hybrid online event scheduled from 25th May to 31st May, 2026, conducted via Zoom or Other online platforms(live sessions) and pre-recorded curated content, running from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST daily. The event is organised by Nirav Chahwala / Party Vaganza / WedIQ. By completing payment, you agree to these terms in full.
2. TICKET TYPES & PRICING
Two ticket categories are available — Basic Pass (access to all 7-day sessions only) and Pro Pass with Bonuses (sessions + bonus stack including WedGPT access, templates, private community, and course discounts). Early Bird pricing is valid until 30th April 2026. After this date, prices will increase as published. The price applicable at the time of your payment confirmation is the final price — no retroactive early bird discounts will be applied. Please be noted we have two currencies for tickets pricing for Indian residents(INR) & foreigners(USD). Rates may vary, because of platform fees & taxes.
3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be entertained once payment is successfully processed. In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event entirely, a full refund or credit towards a future event will be offered. Partial sessions, rescheduling of sessions, or changes in speaker lineup do not qualify for a refund.
4. ACCESS & DELIVERY
Upon successful payment, your registration confirmation and access links will be sent to your registered email address within 24–48 hours. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it. Tickets are non-transferable and valid for single individual use only. Sharing of access links, login credentials, or session recordings is strictly prohibited.
5. EVENT FORMAT & CHANGES
WWW 2026 is a hybrid event combining live Zoom sessions and pre-recorded curated content. The organiser reserves the right to change session formats, timings, speakers, or topics without prior notice, while maintaining overall event quality and deliverables. In case of technical disruptions, sessions may be rescheduled or replaced with equivalent content. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All event content, session recordings, presentation materials, templates, and bonus resources are the intellectual property of the organiser. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any event content — in whole or in part — without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during live sessions and within any associated community platforms. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event and revoke access — without refund — in case of disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour.
8. PRIVACY & DATA
By registering, you consent to the organiser using your name, email, and registration details to communicate event updates, bonuses, and related future offerings from Wedding University / WedIQ / Party Vaganza. Your data will not be sold to third parties. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The organiser shall not be held liable for any loss of income, business opportunity, or outcomes arising from attendance or non-attendance at WWW 2026. Results and learnings from the event depend on individual application and effort. All speaker views are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of the organiser.
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this registration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. For queries, write to us at: itswediq@gmail.com
