Radiate is a series of HST borders and straight borders surrounding a panel. It's easy enough for a quilter with a bit of experience. The colors appear to ‘radiate’ out from the panel.
The fabric in the cover quilt is Northcott's Night Vision collection, which will be shipping to quilt stores in January 2023. If you'd like to try it sooner, use any panel that is at least 7/8 yd long x width of fabric. A large scale print would work in place of a panel, too.
