Most people already sense energy in subtle ways. You feel it when a room feels tense, when someone feels instantly trustworthy or not, or when certain places leave you energized while others drain you. The Energy Awareness Foundation home study course teaches you how to understand and work with those signals consciously using clear, practical methods instead of abstract spiritual theory. Through four progressive modules, you learn how to read environments and people, separate your own energy from what you absorb, and stay grounded and clear even in chaotic situations. The training includes detailed manuals, real world exercises, and simple daily techniques such as grounding, clearing, centering, and protection so energy awareness becomes a reliable life skill that strengthens intuition, improves decision making, and helps you move through the world with confidence and balance.
What You Will Receive:
• Module 1: Orientation - The Present Moment as a Landscape (15 pages)
Learn the foundational distinction between physical and non-physical domains, understand the three navigation tools (notice, focus, awareness), and begin tracking energy in different contexts.
• Module 2: Navigating the Non-Physical - Notice, Focus, Awareness (15 pages)
Master each navigation tool individually, then integrate them into fluid practice. Develop the capacity to perceive subtle signals without effort or strain.
• Module 3: Experiencing Energy in Context (15 pages)
Take your skills into the field. Learn to read geographical spaces, attune to natural systems like trees and water, and sense interpersonal energy without losing your center.
• Module 4: Applied Practices and Foundational Techniques (15 pages)
Master the four core techniques: grounding, clearing, centering, and protection. Build a complete daily practice structure that maintains clarity and prevents energetic overwhelm.
• Quick Reference Study Guide (10 pages)
Condensed frameworks, techniques, and troubleshooting strategies for ongoing practice and quick reference.
