Die Stücke leben von der Vitalität der klezmerschen Volkstümlichkeit und einer Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Spieltechniken wie col legno battuta, sul ponticello, pitch bend etc, und bleiben dabei immer auf dem Kontrabass gut spielbar. Eine echte Bereicherung für die Solo-Literatur des fortgeschrittenen und fertig ausgebildeten Kontrabassisten.
