The Cottage Doll is a sweet little ragdoll made using a no-sew body base! She comes with a bonnet hood, sleeveless dress, cardigan jacket, and pair of boots. Each clothing accessory is designed without any sewing needed. They are also removable for children to have fun with dress-up and play! The only sewing that is needed for this pattern is for the hair cap to be sewn onto the doll’s head.

This amigurumi is perfect to make as a special birthday gift or Christmas holiday gift for girls or kids. It’s also a high-end toy for craft fairs & boutiques. It has a sweet, Waldorf, prairie revival aesthetic and style. The PDF pattern also includes 100+ progress photos as part of a detailed photo tutorial to help guide you through the doll-making process.

MATERIALS

Medium weight 4 yarn in desired colors for the skin, hair, dress, shoes, and bonnet (I used Hobbii Portobello yarn)

2.75mm crochet hook

8mm plastic safety eyes (x2)

Stuffing

Yarn needle

Scissors

FO = fasten off

sk = skip (a stitch)

ch = chain

sl st = slip stitch

sc = single crochet

inc = increase (insert 2 sc in same st)

dec = decrease (sc 2 sts together)

hdc = half double crochet

fhdc = foundation half double crochet

dc = double crochet

BLO = back loop only

FLO = front loop only
