Data (3,000 rows): one row per truck: date, shift, PO, vendor, carrier, receiver, door, arrival and unload times, pallets in up to four pallet types that you name, cases. Total pallets and unload minutes calculate themselves.

Damage (1,000 rows): one row per damage event with PO, vendor, item number, cases damaged, damage type and disposition. The item description looks up from your item list.

Items (2,000 rows): paste your own item list.

Dashboard: type a year (and a month if you like). Loads, pallets, cases, average unload time, pallets by type, damage events, damaged cases and damage rate. A month-by-month table with charts for loads and damage rate. Tables by receiver, shift, weekday and damage type, with a chart of loads by weekday.
