Riverflow

Ce patron est disponible en version française et anglaise.

Riverflow est un châle qui se tricote de manière latérale, d’une pointe à l’autre. Son motif de dentelle évoque les courants de l’eau glissant entre les galets, d’où son nom.

Présenté en taille unique, il s’adapte très facilement à la quantité de fil dont vous disposez. Il vous suffit de tricoter davantage ou moins de répétitions du motif pour obtenir un châle plus petit, ou plus enveloppant.

Mon exemplaire est réalisé avec deux fils de suri lace tenus en double, pour un résultat doux et léger, comme un petit nuage à porter sur les épaules.

2 écheveaux de Quickstrick « Suri Flausch» ici coloris Apricot, tricotés en double.

Ou environ 400 mètres de fil avec un échantillon correspondant, ici lace en double.

This pattern is available both in English and French.

Riverflow is a sideways shawl, worked from one tip to the other. Its lace pattern evokes the gentle flow of water weaving between river stones, which is where its name comes from.

Although presented in one size, it can easily be adapted to the amount of yarn that you have. Simply work more or fewer pattern repeats to create a smaller, or a more generously sized shawl.

My sample was knit holding two strands of suri lace yarn together, resulting in a soft and light fabric, like a little cloud to wrap around your shoulders.
