Boxy doesn’t mean shapeless—at least, it doesn’t have to! Just a few simple touches can bring some much-needed swing and drape to your next drop shoulder sweater, making it flattering as well as comfortable.
Querida employs a simple textured slipped-stitch pattern to create a gentle curved hem on both front and back. A-line shaping, a wide scoop neck and delicately puffed elbow-length sleeves bring it all together for a seasonless, easy-to-layer sweater.
Querida shines in a Dk or light worsted weight yarn, but be sure to check out Kim Dyes Yarn’s Crumpets base as you plan your sweater. The 100% Falkland wool is soft and easy on the hands, with just the right combination of drape and structure.
