Meditation For Anxiety Relief And Nervous System Regulation
This meditation is designed to support you with expanding your capacity for dealing with anxiety, nervous feelings, panic, fears, stress and worries. When we experience anxiety and stress we tend to jump into our heads trying to think our way out of a situation. But anxiety is happening in the body! And we feel it through sensations - it may be in the belly or in the chest, some of us feel it in the legs or in the neck, maybe in our throat or simply through shallow breathing.
Listen to the meditation as often as you desire. Shifts only occur OVER TIME. As long-term stress builds over time, it turns into anxiety which in turn can become chronic. So, consistency is key. It's recommended to listen to the meditation daily in acute anxiety cycles and a couple of times a week in non-acute cycles. Your nervous system will thank you!
