Stokvel Manager: Excel spreadsheet for South African stokvels (contributions, payouts, fines, member statements)

Run your stokvel without the WhatsApp maths. Stokvel Manager is an Excel workbook for rotating, savings, grocery and burial stokvels of up to 50 members.

What it does:

Members: names, phone numbers, joining dates and each member's payout turn, with a warning if two members share a turn.

Contributions: a grid for every member and month. Short payments turn amber, missed months turn red, and the amount each member owes works itself out.

Payouts: for a rotating stokvel the recipient and amount fill in automatically from the payout turns. Mark each payout as paid.

Fines and expenses: log late payment and missed meeting fines, and money spent from the pot on groceries, funerals, bank charges or the year-end function.

Dashboard: total collected, paid out, the balance in the pot, what members owe, the collection rate and a chart by month.

Member statements: pick a name and print or save a statement showing what they paid, what they owe, their fines and their payout month. Send it on WhatsApp as a PDF.
