Happy Helicopter Paper Pieced Pattern

My sister and her husband are both helicopter pilots. So when they added a sweet little bub to their family, naturally there had to be a helicopter quilt happening at some point. So I designed this little block with my new nephew in mind :)

The pattern makes a 10" block. It is suitable for a confident beginner - intermediate paper piecer.

Included in the pattern: Assembly instructions, colouring sheet and full sized templates with a quarter inch seam allowance already added. There are no Y-seams in this pattern (or in any of my patterns).

Foundation paper piecing instructions are not included, but you can find tutorials on my website at quietplaydesigns.com. It is recommended that you print the pattern at "Actual Size" and with no scaling. There are also printing hints & tips on my website.
