The 15-Minute Apartment Tour Kit — Checklists, Red Flags & Scorecards for Apartment Tours

Touring apartments this week? Don't wander — inspect. The 15-Minute Apartment Tour Kit gives you the exact system to run in any unit, in order: The three-pass tour — Run & Test (minutes 0–5), Look Closely (5–10), Ask, Photograph, Score (10–15). The 10-minute prep — what to pack and the three non-negotiables to set before you leave home. Pass-by-pass checklists — water, heat, power, locks, leaks, mold, pests, noise: tested and seen, not assumed. The 10 questions every renter should ask out loud — and what the answers reveal. Red Flags in 60 Seconds — the 8 walk-away signs on one page. 4 printable cards — Tour Scorecard, Red-Flag Checklist, Questions-to-Ask Sheet, Photo Shot List. The 24-hour decision method — rank units by score, not by the prettiest kitchen. Inside: $4 off The First Apartment Playbook (code TOURKIT4) + the free Move-In Money Checklist. Format: Instant-download PDF (12 pages). Print the cards or keep them on your phone. Language: English, plain language throughout. Please note: General educational guide, not legal advice. Rental rules vary by state. Made by SimpleStep Living — step-by-step guides for real life.
