Effort isn’t the problem.
The problem is most people are training without:

• Progression
• A real plan
So they guess.
They change workouts.
They stall.
I built Built, Not Given to share the fundamentals I learned over years of training and competing—
real programming, real structure, and a few gems I wish I had earlier.
For a limited time, I’m opening access to the foundation.
Not because the work isn’t valuable—
but because structure should come before hype.
