This is @zeroae's "S_SharpenBeforeTopaz' Settings. 

These 'S_Sharpen' settings allows you to get the most detail possible when upscaling with Topaz!

Tips:

- Add a adjustment layer and apply 'S_SharpenBeforeTopaz' to the adjustment layer.
