-LICENSING AGREEMENT-

1. This package CAN NOT be redistributed, given, or shared in any state to ANYONE for whatever reason
2. This avatar CAN NOT be uploaded as public on any social VR platform whatsoever
3. This model CAN NOT be used in any commercial capacity.
4. Resale is prohibited. Redistribution is prohibited.
5. YOU CAN NOT delete the credit meshes/texture that is the head of the avatar. Doing so is against our and Mari's TOS
6. By purchasing this avatar you get a personal license. This allows you to make edits to the avatar and assets present. 
7. The assets on this avi that are made by Bakeit3D (not including hair), you CAN use for PERSONAL USE ONLY on other avatars. You ARE NOT to resell any of the assets or use in any commercial capacity.
8. You CAN offer commisions, but both parties MUST OWN the avi. (only exception is distribution of the substance file can be permitted if we are contacted directly and grant permission)
9. Marina's design and copyright belong to BakeIt3D. while you may use the design, you CAN NOT claim it as your own design/sona (you can use the model to create your own original sona)
10. You CAN NOT claim the avatar as your own. If asked, proper credits must be given to Bakeit3D (this applies even with heavy edits)
11. All products may not be reproduced, used to train, or digitally altered via the use of AI software (ex. OpenAI, ChatGPT) this includes all aspects of the model, textures, pictures and any media produced with the model
12. This is a SFW base, but there are no restrictions if used for 18+ activity and/or material. We will not be held responsible for any problems caused by this type of usage
13. You WILL not use this avatar for the purpose of slandering a specific individual or group, or for political or religious activities.
