What this is, plainly: complete multi-page proposal templates — the document a serious buyer signs — in done-for-you, licensing, and retainer variants, with a writing guide for adapting every section. It supports presenting your offer completely and honestly. It does not promise the proposal will be accepted; it promises the buyer will be able to see exactly what they're buying, what it costs, what it excludes, and how to say yes. Every terms section is a plain-language summary template marked for your own attorney's review before first use.

Generalized from a working shop's proposal one-pagers and licensing term sheets — expanded to the full-document format those buyers ask for when the deal gets bigger than one page.

What's inside: three complete proposal templates on one eight-section structure — Cover · Situation · Approach · Scope & Deliverables (with the Exclusions block) · Timeline (with the clock-basis line) · Investment (one table, one total) · Terms Summary · Acceptance — each variant drafted in full with fill-in blanks and a fictional worked example running throughout:

- Variant A — DFY Services: the service proposal end-to-end — phases, the rules-we-run-by commitments, the deliverables table, and the change rule for out-of-scope work

- Variant B — Licensing: §4 becomes the rights table (what's licensed · who may use it · one named organization / site · print rights · term · renewal basis), the exclusions block carries the standing prohibitions as checkboxes, the renewal figure is stated now with no auto-charge, and the full Licensing Term Sheet is referenced as Attachment 1 — attached by its owner, never reproduced here

- Variant C — Retainer / Ongoing: the monthly cycle and start basis, two scope tables (every month, included — with quantities · not included / overage, with the quoting rule), the single monthly figure, and §7 renewal / no-auto-charge and pause / cancellation slots, with work-product and access handling at exit

Plus the Writing Guide: eight rules and a pre-send checklist for adapting every section without inventing numbers, hiding exclusions, or promising outcomes — the buyer's words, not your hopes; exclusions written while they're free; one total; every date carrying its basis.

Already own the Pitch & Proposal System ($249)? Read this before buying — same price, different stage of the same sale. Project 81 is the approach: research, pitch emails, the one-follow-up rule, proposal one-pagers, the quote sheet, the full Licensing Term-Sheet Template, and the pipeline tracker. This Library is the formal document tier: the full multi-page proposal a buyer signs. 81 gets the ask; the Library is the document they sign. The Library's licensing variant attaches your term sheet as Attachment 1 rather than replacing it — the term sheet is not re-sold inside the Library, and the Library's §7 Terms Summary is a different, shorter artifact than 81's full term-sheet template. A seller whose deals close on one page needs 81; a seller whose buyers ask for "a proper proposal" needs the Library; a licensing seller running both stages may want both — stated here, before you pay, either way.

Where it sits with the neighbors: the Licensee Success System ($349) is post-sale — registry, welcome, renewals for licensees who already signed; this Library is the signature that starts it. The Bulk Buyer Playbook ($199) prices product in bulk on a one-page quote sheet; this Library's Investment Table prices services and licenses — a quote is not a proposal. The Compliance-Readiness Kit ($349) organizes your own paperwork with your attorney; this Library drafts no policies. Onboarding (Smooth Start, $199 · Agency Onboarding Master File, $499) begins where this Library's acceptance block ends — the "signing starts" line hands off into it, and no onboarding templates are included here.

Not included: no legal contract — every Terms Summary is a plain-language summary template marked DRAFT — ATTORNEY REVIEW BEFORE USE, and the signed agreement, not this summary, governs; no Licensing Term-Sheet Template (referenced as Attachment 1 only — it is Project 81's document, sold separately); no proposal reviews, no done-for-you proposal writing, and no live help of any kind; no e-signature tooling or integration — the templates ship with plain signature blocks (name / title / date), and you use your own signing tools if you use them.

Who should NOT buy: sellers whose deals genuinely close on a one-pager or a checkout link (Project 81 or your store fits); product-only sellers with no services or licenses to propose; anyone wanting a lawyer-drafted contract (see the §7 marking above — that want is answered here, before purchase); anyone wanting their live deals reviewed.

FAQ:

Q: I already own the Pitch & Proposal System ($249). Isn't this the same thing at the same price?

A: No — same price, different stage, stated head-on: 81 gets the ask; the Library is the document they sign. Project 81 covers research, pitches, follow-up, one-pagers, the quote sheet, the full term sheet, and tracking. The Library is the eight-section signed document. Neither includes the other, and 81's term sheet is only referenced (as Attachment 1) inside the Library — never reproduced or re-sold there.

Q: Is the Terms Summary in each proposal a contract? Can I just use it as one?

A: No. Every §7 is a plain-language summary template that opens with "DRAFT — ATTORNEY REVIEW BEFORE USE" and states that the signed agreement, not this summary, governs. It is not legal advice and not a contract. Have your own attorney review your terms before first use — the marking is on the templates themselves, not just in this listing.

Q: Does the Licensing variant include the Licensing Term-Sheet Template?

A: No. Variant B references the full term sheet as Attachment 1 and is written to attach it; the term sheet's content is not reproduced in this Library. If you own Project 81, you already own the term sheet and attach yours. If you don't, the summary in §7 still points to your own terms — it does not invent them.

Q: Will a proposal built from these templates get accepted?

A: No template can promise that, and this one doesn't. What the Library promises is completeness: the buyer can see exactly what they're buying, what it costs, what it excludes, and how to say yes. Whether they say it is theirs.

Q: Are the worked examples real proposals?

A: No. Every worked example is fictional end-to-end — invented sellers, invented buyers, example figures — and labeled that way on the page. No real prospect, organization, or sent document appears anywhere in the Library.

Q: How do buyers sign? Is there an e-signature integration?

A: The templates ship with plain signature blocks — signature, name / title, date, for both parties. E-signature platform integration and instruction are out of scope for this product; use your own signing tools if you use them.

Q: What file formats do I get?

A: Two PDFs: the templates file (all three variants, complete with blanks and fictional worked examples) and the Writing Guide. They are working documents — copy a variant, complete the bracketed fields, delete the example passages, and run the guide's pre-send checklist before anything leaves your desk.

Q: Do I need both this and the Licensee Success System ($349)?

A: Only if you license and want both stages. This Library is pre-sale — the document that gets signed. Project 84 is post-sale — what happens for licensees after they've signed. The acceptance block is the border between them; no documents are shared.
