The Body Code is a 1:1 mentoring experience designed to help you:

→ understand what’s behind your symptoms

→ identify what’s keeping your body stuck

→ and start working with your body, not against it

We focus on the foundations that are often overlooked:

  • digestion and gut balance
  • nervous system regulation
  • sleep and daily rhythms
  • how your body processes stress

→ connect patterns (energy, digestion, cravings, sleep)

→ identify what actually needs adjustment

→ build a simple, realistic way forward

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I request a refund if I’m not satisfied?

All sales are final.

If you’re not satisfied with your coaching experience, feel free to reach out at any time. I do my best to ensure every client feels supported throughout the process.



2. How do I schedule my sessions?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to access my calendar and choose a date and time.

Sessions are held via video call (Zoom or Google Meet).



3. Can I purchase more than one session package?

Yes.

If you’d like to continue after your 3 sessions, you’re welcome to purchase the package again as many times as you need.



4. Do I need the “Your Personal Path” guide before starting mentoring?

No, it’s not required.

The mentoring works perfectly on its own. The guide is an optional complement.



5. What if I can’t attend a session?

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule at no extra cost.

If you don’t show up or cancel last minute, the session will be considered completed.



6. Are the sessions recorded?

No, for privacy reasons.

You will receive a written summary of each session, including what we discussed and the next steps.



7. What’s the difference between the guide and the mentoring?

The guide is self-paced.

The mentoring is personalized support with me, where we adjust, clarify, and follow your progress together.



8. How soon will I see results?

I don’t promise timelines, as every body is different.

The goal is to help you understand and support your body in a sustainable way.
