Your Initial Nutrition Consultation is the foundation of your personalised nutrition journey. This in-depth, one-to-one session allows me to gain a complete picture of your health, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a practical and sustainable plan tailored just for you.


What the session includes

Comprehensive Health & Lifestyle Assessment

We’ll discuss your medical history, current health concerns, eating habits, digestion, sleep, stress levels, activity, and any relevant test results or medications.

Dietary Analysis

I’ll review your current diet and identify any nutritional gaps, imbalances, or patterns that may be affecting your energy, mood, or overall wellbeing.

Goal Setting

Together we’ll establish realistic, measurable goals; whether that’s improving digestion, managing weight, managing type 2 diabetes, balancing hormones, managing PCOS or simply feeling your best.

Personalised Nutrition Plan

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a clear, evidence-based nutrition plan designed around your lifestyle and preferences. This may include:

  • Macronutrient recommendations
  • Meal and snack recommendations
  • Key nutrients to focus on
  • Supplement guidance (if appropriate)
  • Practical strategies for lifestyle change
  • Recommended fitness goals suited to your lifestyle

Follow-Up Guidance

You’ll also receive information on what to expect in the following weeks and how to track your progress. Follow-up sessions are recommended to review results and adjust your plan as needed.


Consultation Prep

To make the most of your session, please complete the pre consultation form which will be sent to you on booking and send it back at least 2 days before your initial consultation date.

As a results driven practitioner, I prioritise effective, evidence-based advice over outdated, generic messages.  My guidance is designed to make a real impact on your health, not just repeat basic public health recommendations.


I am a certified and insured Nutritionist; my principles are based on the work of Martin MacDonald, an internationally renowned Clinical Performance Nutritionist and founder and CEO of Mac Nutrition Uni, where I studied.  

I recognise the importance of motivation and inspiration, and I deliver both.
