Postpartum Recovery Program
This 6-week program outlines core, pelvic floor, lower body, and cardio training after giving birth (either C-section or physiologically). This is meant to be started within days of giving birth and is designed to help you safely rebuild strength, restore core and pelvic floor function, and prevent long-term issues that commonly follow childbirth — including incontinence, pelvic pain, and prolapse.
This structured program guides you step by step through early postpartum healing with exercises that are progressive, evidence-based, and realistic for new parents. The focus is on reconnecting to your deep core, rebuilding hip and glute strength, improving posture, and gradually returning to daily activities and exercise with confidence.
