Hormone Balance Nut & Seed Blend

This hormone-balancing nut and seed mix evolved from the concept of Seed Cycling as a way, potentially, to help manage my blood sugar. Fast forward a few years, and I developed a formula to help manage my Binge Eating Disorder compulsions and to create the feeling of satisfaction (satiety) for the first time in my life with food.
