Free UK Cleaner Pricing Starter

A basic starting point for UK domestic cleaners who want to put their job costs in one place.

Enter cleaning and travel person-hours, an hourly labour allowance, mileage, supplies, parking and an overhead allowance. The worksheet calculates estimated total cost, including an allowance for your own work. Optionally enter your own quote to see the resulting surplus. It does not suggest a quote or use a target margin.

WHAT YOU GET

One .xlsx worksheet and a short instruction file, supplied in a ZIP. No macros, paid add-ons or subscription are needed to use the files. Tested in LibreOffice Calc 26.2.4.2, a free desktop spreadsheet app. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and mobile apps have not been tested. A desktop computer is recommended.

Use your own rates, times and costs. The supplied values are illustrations, not suggested local rates. Cleaning and travel hours are the combined person-hours of everyone working. Surplus is after a labour allowance; it is not taxable profit, cash in your bank or promised earnings.

This starter excludes VAT, payment fees, target-margin quote recommendations, recurring-job projections and completed-job/expense tracking. Do not use its surplus as an after-fee or VAT calculation.
