Juliette rose
The same 100% Nebbiolo vines in Soglio, the same ancient Pliocene sandbanks and impermeable clay, the same south-facing hillside at 250 metres — but expressed here in its most delicate and luminous form. Harvested by hand in mid-October, the grapes undergo only a brief skin contact before the free-run juice is drawn off and fermented slowly in stainless steel at low temperature, preserving the full aromatic freshness of the variety.
Pale salmon pink with soft copper reflections, Juliette Rosé opens with notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate and rose petal, with a whisper of the spice that defines the Nebbiolo character. On the palate she is dry, fresh and elegant — a gentle tannic presence, bright acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Best served at 10–12°C alongside seafood, light pasta dishes, charcuterie or simply as an aperitivo in the garden.
