My story (and why I built this)

In 2019, I was terminated while on approved medical leave. I lost the income, the title, the identity, and the version of my future I'd been building toward.

Will the prompts work with any AI tool?

Yes. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, or any AI tool that takes text prompts. You don't need a paid subscription, though paid tiers usually produce stronger results.

Do I need to know how to use AI?

No. The prompts are written so you can copy, paste, and replace the bracketed fields. No prompt engineering experience required. If you can fill out a form, you can use this vault.

Can I share the prompts with friends?

The vault is licensed for individual use. You can use the prompts to create your own original content, but you can't redistribute, repackage, or share access to the vault itself.

Is this only for women in business?

No. The Action section (60 prompts) is built for women selling and building publicly, but the other 240 prompts work for any woman writing about her life...personal blog, social media, journaling, memoir work, or just finding language for what she's been through.

What if I'm not in active disruption right now?
