Felt Sense is a two-week guided workbook for anyone navigating burnout, autoimmunity, chronic pain, and nervous system exhaustion. It is grounded in classical osteopathy, polyvagal theory, and somatic experiencing: and it is written for the person who is intelligent, body-aware, and tired of being talked down to by wellness content that doesn't go far enough. This is not a symptom-management program. It is an education in listening to what your body has been storing, signalling, and asking for, often for years before you were ready to hear it.
What's inside
Week One — The Body as Witness Six days of building honest contact with your body. The nervous system and why yours has been doing exactly what a nervous system does. The language of inflammation. What burnout actually is biologically, not behaviourally. The pelvic floor as an emotional container. Neurodivergence reframed. Each day includes a short reading grounded in real science, reflection prompts that bring insight into the body rather than just the head, and a guided audio practice.
Week Two — The Body as Guide Six days of translation: taking what you discovered in week one and learning to actually live differently inside it. A daily body check-in practice you can do in two minutes, anywhere. How to work with flares instead of against them. Rest as a physiological requirement, not a reward. The body in relationship and what co-regulation actually means. Movement as medicine. Your ancestral lineage and the nervous system patterns you inherited.
Day 14 — The Full Gathering A closing integration practice and reflection to bring you to the live group call.

A note on pacing
Each day holds between 5 and 20 minutes of content. You can move through it in two weeks or at a pace your body and life allow. The workbook does not have an opinion about how fast you go. It only asks that you come honestly.
