- Cut along solid lines
- Fold tabs along dotted lines
- Fold down the "Back Tab" and then fold over the two white side tabs
- Glue down the two white side tabs to the Back Tab (can use a light amount of liquid glue, glue stick, or tape)
- Insert filled out coupons and close over the red tab
- Give away to that special someone!
