ROT: Tommy Hendricks

The thing about dying is, the first time, nobody believes you.

At six, Tommy Hendricks touches a dead plant and brings it back to life. To his struggling family in District-5, that makes him a miracle, the golden ticket out, if he can just make it to his national test at seven.

Stay blue. If YOU see ROT, tell an Adult!
