A fun game created on Power point for making your lessons more fun and effective!
You can use it for your online and classroom lessons, and it's easily adaptable to any topic you like.
To climb the ladder of success and become a legend of the police department, you have to solve crimes getting the least complaints possible.
Divide the class into 2-4 teams.
Every round each team has to choose a number and answer a question within the time limit given.
Not answering in time will result in getting a COMPLAINTS (C).
To become a legend a team must collect 15 STARS (S).
Be careful, getting complaints means losing stars. Complaints are accumulable.
The more complaints a team gets, the more stars it will lose each time (1C = -1S; 2C = -2S;…).
Beside normal questions there are also some minigames to beat that will allow the teams to earn some extra stars.
Finally, each team has 2 different promotion opportunities to take.
These challenges are high risk high reward, and teams can decide whether to take them or not.
To be eligible to these promotions opportunities, teams much meet their requirements.
PROMOTION 1 = 5S; 0C / PROMOTION 2 = 10S; 0-1C
If no one reaches 15S, at the end of the game the one with more STARS wins.
If 2 teams end the game with the same number of stars, the one with less complaints wins.
