Exemplar Classroom Observation Lesson Plan – Outstanding DepEd Performance

This lesson plan was used during my classroom observation as a public school teacher under the Department of Education (DepEd). It received outstanding evaluation results, having fully met and exceeded the performance indicators set by the RPMS‑PPST (Results‑Based Performance Management System – Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers).

The plan demonstrated clear learning objectives, well‑structured activities, and the effective use of differentiated instructional strategies to cater to diverse learners. It integrated learner engagement, formative assessment, and reflective discussion, ensuring that all competencies were achieved within the allotted time.

The lesson showcased strong classroom management, mastery of content, and the ability to create an interactive, supportive learning environment that promotes both understanding and participation — key elements that contributed to the Outstanding rating.
