STRENcardio Full Body Workout Program
This program is designed for both genders. Make sure you stay hydrated before, during and after each workout session.
I want you to follow the program in this pattern.
Monday
Follow DAY 1 of the workout program.
Tuesday
CARDIO of your choice, e.g, running, cycling, rowing, walking, swimming etc.
Wednesday
Follow DAY 2 of the workout program.
Thursday
CARDIO of your choice, e.g, running, cycling, rowing, walking, swimming etc.
Friday
Follow DAY 3 of the workout program.
Saturday
CARDIO of your choice, e.g, running, cycling, rowing, walking, swimming etc.
Sunday
REST DAY
WARM UP
By warming up, you offer your body numerous benefits. Warming up prevents injuries, improves performance and mental focus. Your joints get lubricated and your body temperature elevates and gears you up for physical activity.
The Program consists of 3 alternating days of strength training targeting different body parts.. DAY 1, DAY 2 & DAY 3. It’s best to have a cardio session in between days and follow this program for at least 8 weeks.
