Art Project Halloween Art Lesson Monster Jack O Lantern Artwork Art Activity
In this Halloween art lesson, students create a Monster Jack O’ Lantern using oil pastel marks and tempera paint. It is a ready-made mixed media project for grades 1 to 4 that builds creative thinking while students learn about and experience Halloween.
It is made for classroom teachers, art educators, homeschool families and substitute teachers who need a seasonal project that is easy to teach. A lesson hook, assessment, rubric, reflections and a Halloween themed reading support the theme and give students background knowledge.
