Three tiers based on scope:

$1,500 — Single Decision Session One focused session for one decision. You bring the problem, we work it out. Best for a specific career move, crew situation, or contract question.

$3,000 — 30-Day Advisory Four sessions over 30 days. Full scope review of where you are and where you're going. Includes follow-up between sessions.

$5,000 — 90-Day Advisory The full engagement. Weekly sessions, ongoing access, and Gator walking alongside you through a major transition — job change, leadership move, business launch, or life rebuild.
