The Performance Series is a fully periodized 12-week program for high school athletes ages 15–18 who have the fundamentals and are ready to train like competitors. Built across three phases accumulation, intensification, and peaking. This program uses Olympic lift progressions, contrast training, and a 4-day athlete split to develop the strength, speed, and power that separates good athletes from great ones.
